those devastated in New Orleans and Gautier, Mississippi in
the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. She assisted in home renovations
for displaced families and through donations provided them

offers herself to stand in solidarity the disenfranchised,
suffering alongside of them, and, hopefully, offering a message
that God, too, has not deserted them, but in their pain suffers
and in their joy rejoices.
Min. Jackson can only describe her many professional and
communal activities as her “call to serve” God’s
people. She is an active member of Consortium of Information

and continues to develop ministry to meet the holistic needs
of young African-Americans and their families. As an advocate
for young adults, she is an Associate Minister empowering,
equipping, educating and enriching not only the individual
but also the community through biblical teaching, corporate
worship and genuine fellowship. Min. Jackson is the founder
of Hallal Dance Ministry, a mentor, preacher and teacher in
her own right.
She has been married to Jermaine Jackson, a telecommunications
professional with Verizon for four years. They reside in New
York City and have one son, Denell within their blended family.
Min. La-Tonia B. Jackson is a woman of integrity, passion,
promise and perseverance. Her gifts and her genuine love for
God’s people whom she serves, coupled with her anointing,
have made her a woman after God’s own heart. She is
often found quoting: II Chronicles 7:14 “If my people
who are called by my name humble themselves, pray, seek my
face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from
heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
