Mission: The mission of the Parent’s Ministry is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and youth, primarily through Christ centered leadership and guidance to parents and caregivers in the community and congregation.
To act as a resource for parents, caregivers, as well as the children and youth ministries by providing committed individuals whose primary focus is to empower, motivate, and nurture children and youth through Christ centered activities and events.
In addition, we sponsor a child abroad through the World Vision program. Our sponsorship includes the love and prayers of the ministry as well a monthly financial pledge that will help to provide clean water, nutritious food, health care, educational opportunities and spiritual nurture.

The
Mentoring Ministry
Mission: To promote educational, cultural,
personal and spiritual development of young people,
ages 8-18, through one-on-one and group planned programs
and activities.
Male and female volunteers are screened and trained
prior to participating in the program. The Ministry
matches youth with trained mentors, who instill Christian
values and facilitate development of leadership skills.
The Ministry fulfils its mission by administering the
following programs:
AB Boys & Girls, Ages 8 –
13: In the community of faith, the AB Boys and Girls
are nurtured and encouraged to develop all their gifts,
to share with others and to serve God's world in Jesus
name, through cultural activities and annual mission
projects.
L.I.N.K.S (Learn, Implement, Nurture,
Knowledge, Skills), Ages 14-18: Youth are equipped in
making critical choices that affect their lives through
mentoring and a curriculum on Personal Development,
Church & Community, and Mission & Service.
Renaissance Debutante, Ages 14-18:
The Ministry's most ambitious program to date is the
Renaissance Debutante Program, an enrichment initiative
that provides training for young ladies. The program
provides debutants with an opportunity to develop Christian
values, etiquette, social graces, self-confidence and
explore cultural and career opportunities. The Renaissance
Debutante Program is a true testament to the value of
instilling positive images within young minds.
